(1/5) Muy mala experiencia, la administradora de la embarcación tenía pésima atención a cliente. El día que salió nuestra embarcación se peleo enfrente de todos con el dueño por deudas que tenía. Además la embarcación no tenía audio, a/C, la tripulación nos llevó a dónde quisieron. Habíamos pagado por ir a Isla Espíritu Santo, Balandra y a la Lobera. Y tuvimos que insistirles que nos llevarán a la Isla. El yate era demasiado lento por lo cual no podíamos estar en la isla por mucho tiempo

(1/5) A ride was promised for Friday 7/4/2025. Days leading up to the day Sonia stated that the port might be closed due to weather. We were aware that weather might be an issue and understood. When we landed on 7/3 we noticed clear skies and no rain. We communicated with her to get an update, Sonia unfortunately did not respond promptly and we started to worry. The evening of our arrival (7/3) she finally reached out and stated that even though the port was open the boat was having mechanical issues and if we could move the ride to 7/5 which we accepted. The morning of 7/5 as we got ready and we reached out to get a time and information she no longer responded. We called and messaged and wound not respond, we had a friend of ours who is local reach out with a local area code and answered immediately. Not only were we left without a trip but no response. We were promised our money back by 7/18 (14 days after the date we had reserved) and yet today (7/25)we are pending any sort of clear communication. I would avoid at all cost if you want to make sure your money isn’t stolen.
