(5/5) Daniel, Omar, and Paco… unbelievable service! Best day on Isla Mujeres. Non-stop drinks, excellent food, and the friendliest and most responsive customer service you could imagine. These guys were so much fun, all day long! Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique island perspective.

(5/5) This was an amazing experience! The names of the crew were Chencho the host, Omar the Captain and Elias the sailor. The staff were polite, respectful, great hospitality and provided us a fantastic memory. Way better than being in a large group of 20+ other strangers. This is the only way to snorkel the blue waters of Isla Mujeres. Drinks were cold and great and the food was amazing, especially the lobsters we bought from a passing fisherman!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

(5/5) We were supposed to go on a yacht the Monday of our vacation with a company that had great Google ratings — but they never showed up for our scheduled time. We called the owner and were promptly refunded, but we were so disappointed to suddenly have no plans for our 15th anniversary tour of the beautiful waters and Isla Mujeres.I reached out to M&M Royal Yachts, and all I can say is WOW. From the very beginning, their service was truly exceptional. Our crew — Paco, Omar, and Chencho — were incredible. They did everything possible to make sure our trip was unforgettable. What could have been a ruined day turned into one of the best experiences of our entire vacation.Highly recommend M&M Royal Yachts — they saved our anniversary!

(5/5) Amazing experience. 4 hour private tour of Isla Mujeres was unforgettable. We snorkled and swam in the beautiful water. The incredible knowledge of the island was amazing to hear. Will definitely do this again next time we come to the area.

(5/5) This was our 3rd trip with MM Royale and certainly not our last. Mark and the staff is always incredibly accommodating and ensure we have an amazing experience. They made sure our glasses were never empty, the music was just right, and every detail was taken care of so we could simply enjoy the sun, sea, and each other’s company.We cruised to the stunning Isla Mujeres, dropped anchor in a few different places, and swam in crystal-clear water. Every moment felt luxurious yet easy — exactly what we’ve come to expect with this private escape.

(5/5) We had a wonderful time with Danny, Francisco, and Hector on Sunny Moon. The boat was the perfect boat for our day. We had 10 for a bachelorette party. Good snorkeling, good music and dancing, lounging in the sun, snacks and drinks. We will definitely book with these guys again. Thank you for taking care of us and being so kind!

(5/5) This is our 4th trip with MM Royale Yachts and our first trip with this crew; Checho, Captain Jose, and Paco. They did a fantastic job catering to our family of 6. We cruised around for 5 hours and enjoyed snorkeling near Isla Mujeres, swimming in Playa Norte, exploring for rare seashells and eating/ drinking all along the way.The owner, Mark, has always been responsive, fair, and accommodating. We will be back soon for an adult trip!
